Capable of producing nearly twice the force of the Bonny Doon PRO 55-ton model, the 100-ton PRO is ideal for forming steel and coining precious metals up to 2" in diameter. This press performs all the heavy or deep forming tasks your work requires—and completes each task faster and more evenly with no marring or damaging of metals and with less finishing required. With electrically powered hydraulics, this Bonny Doon PRO press delivers 100 tons of force, conforming metal to the shape of the die placed in the platens of the press, and allows the press to form thicker metal with finer details in a single cycle, eliminating the need for multiple annealing steps. The press offers a 7"W x 7"D x 7"H working area that easily accommodates a wide variety of workpieces. The 100-ton PRO is particularly effective when used with the high-precision non-conforming die kit.
This Bonny Doon Pro press delivers more power, greater control, and guaranteed repeatability for production-run metalsmiths. It is designed for maximum versatility when it comes to the types and styles of dies it can accommodate and die-forming techniques that can be used with it. This additional versatility will require more knowledge and training to use properly and safely.
