Returns & Exchanges

At Access Denied, we want to ensure your streetwear fits your lifestyle perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
